The Optics Valley Central City embodies cultural relevance and energy by engaging the evolving needs of the city and the public in several key opportunities: embedding spatial and environmental efficiency through its zoning and layout, encouraging the dynamic movement of public visitors through its connective public spaces, using technology and craft to highlight building exteriors, and demonstrating leadership in responsible environmental design.

The project aims to serve as a landmark through the expression of two unified building designs: a landmark tower anchoring the north parcel and a central entertainment center in the south, woven together by a procession of public spaces to promote social interaction.
