Lakhta Centre
Lakhta Center is a mixed-use complex with an office tower and retail and amenity podium with structured parking. Scope of work included a comprehensive review of the design of the Lakhta Centre in St. Petersburg, Russia. The 88-floor mixed-use complex is expected to be the tallest building in Russia and Europe when completed in 2018. At the time of the design review, many project parameters were already established, limiting the interventions available to solve functional problems.
