Appropriately named Sky Terraces at Dubai Lagoons, the development envisions an elegant three-tower ensemble rising from a single landscaped podium, which unites the development with the surrounding district and offers shops, restaurants, and other recreational destinations to visitors and residents.

Adapting to the challenges of the local natural environment, the design features a ‘pleated’ exterior wall system of various textures, screens, and movable panels that responds to changing solar conditions.
